Persepsi Guru Muatan Lokal Bahasa JawaTerhadap Implementasi Kebijakan Kurikulum Merdeka: A Narrative Inquiry Study

Abstrak

Reformasi dan perubahan kurikulum pendidikan di Indonesia telah dilakukan untuk memperbaiki kualitas pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode inkuiri naratif untuk mempelajari persepsi guru Bahasa Jawa di 3 provinsi di Indonesia untuk mengevaluasi pengalaman dan emosi mereka terhadap penerapan kurikulum baru. Metode purposive sampling digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi 50 peserta baik guru laki-laki maupun perempuan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket dan wawancara mendalam pada beberapa sampling guru. Walaupun keterlaksaan kurikulum baru muatan lokal di Indonesiam memiliki kelemahan, sebagian besar peserta menyatakan tingkat penerimaan yang tinggi terhadap kurikulum tersebut. Mereka berpendapat bahwa kualitas pendidikan khususnya bahasa Jawa telah meningkat secara bertahap; kualitas pembelajaran Bahasa Jawa dan penyediaan silabus juga harus dibahas dalam evaluasi kurikulum di Indonesia. Studi ini merekomendasikan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman guru prasekolah tentang kebijakan kurikulum baru, penambahan jumlah sesi pembelajaran kurikulum baru, dan peningkatan keberagaman kurikulum.
