Hubungan Intellectual Humility dengan Civic Mahasiswa PGSD di Era Demokrasi Digital

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan dan pengaruh intellectual humility terhadap civic responsibility mahasiswa PGSD di era demokrasi digital. Penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya keterbukaan berpikir dan tanggung jawab kewargaan mahasiswa dalam menyikapi dinamika informasi di ruang digital. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 72 mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan angket skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan korelasi Pearson serta regresi linear sederhana dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa intellectual humility memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan dengan civic responsibility (r = 0,710; p < 0,05). Selain itu, intellectual humility juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap civic responsibility dengan kontribusi sebesar 50,3% (R² = 0,503). Temuan tersebut menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa yang memiliki keterbukaan terhadap perbedaan pandangan dan kesadaran atas keterbatasan pengetahuan cenderung menunjukkan tanggung jawab kewargaan yang lebih baik dalam ruang digital. Dengan demikian, pengembangan intellectual humility penting dalam membentuk warga digital yang lebih reflektif, toleran, dan bertanggung jawab. Meskipun penelitian ini terbatas pada mahasiswa PGSD di satu perguruan tinggi, temuan ini merekomendasikan agar program studi PGSD dan institusi pendidikan tinggi mengintegrasikan kegiatan pembelajaran reflektif, diskusi berbasis perspektif majemuk, serta pelatihan literasi digital kritis sebagai strategi operasional untuk memperkuat intellectual humility dan meningkatkan civic responsibility mahasiswa.
