Abstrak

Likuefaksi merupakan salah satu bencana geologi yang menimbulkan kerusakan masif pada infrastruktur serta gangguan sosial jangka panjang. Kawasan yang terdampak ditetapkan sebagai zona merah yang tidak layak huni. Namun sebagian masyarakat memilih tetap bertahan dan membangun kembali huniannya yang menunjukkan adanya keterikatan tempat (place attachment) terhadap lingkungannya. Fenomena ini masih relatif terbatas dikaji secara sistematis dalam literatur kebencanaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengindentifikasi faktor-faktor resiliensi masyarakat dan strategi adaptasi masyarakat yang bertahan di zona merah pasca-bencana likuefaksi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR), dengan kerangka PICOC, melalui penelusuran artikel pada database Scopus, Web of Science, ScienceDirect dan Google Scholar. Dari jumlah 620 artikel yang di identifikasi, 32 artikel memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan dianalisis lebih lanjut. Hasil kajian menghasilkan lima faktor utama yang mempengaruhi resiliensi masyarakat yaitu modal sosial, kepemimpinan lokal, kapasitas adaptif, akses terhadap sumber daya serta nilai budaya dan kepercayaan. Selain itu strategi adaptasi yang ditemukan meliputi adaptasi aktif, pasif, sosial, ekonomi dan budaya. Temuan ini memperkaya kajian resiliensi masyarakat pasca-bencana dan menunjukkan bahwa mobilitas dan imobilitas merupakan respons yang berlawanan dalam menghadapi risiko bencana. Meskipun migrasi menjadi strategi adaptif, keterikatan terhadap tempat (place attachment) mendorong sebagian masyarakat untuk tetap bertahan di kawasan berisiko tinggi. Hal ini menegaskan bahwa place attachment merupakan kunci dalam membentuk resiliensi masyarakat yang memilih bertahan di zona merah.
