Modal Intelektual, Kebijakan, dan Pendanaan Sebagai Determinan Keyakinan Civitas Akademika Terhadap Visi Universitas Technopreneur: Analisis PLS-SEM

Transformasi perguruan tinggi menjadi Technopreneurial University merupakan agenda strategis nasional, namun implementasinya sering terhambat oleh rendahnya keyakinan kolektif civitas akademika. Di Universitas IVET, meskipun berbagai inisiatif telah dikembangkan, survei awal menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden masih ragu terhadap ketercapaian visi technopreneur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Intellectual Capital, Kebijakan Pendukung Technopreneur, dan Ketersediaan Pendanaan terhadap Keyakinan Civitas Akademika dalam mewujudkan visi tersebut. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatori dengan desain survei cross-sectional terhadap 112 responden civitas akademika Universitas IVET. Instrumen berupa kuesioner skala Likert 5 poin diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, lalu dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Transparansi & Kelangsungan pendanaan merupakan prediktor dominan terhadap keyakinan (? = 0.579, f² = 0.672), sementara Regulasi Internal justru berpengaruh negatif; selain itu, efek positif transparansi pendanaan diperkuat oleh keselarasan kurikulum, tetapi dilemahkan oleh tekanan normatif yang tidak diikuti dukungan operasional. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa keyakinan kolektif dibentuk bukan oleh kebijakan simbolis, melainkan oleh integrasi sistemik antara pendanaan transparan, kurikulum nyata, dan dukungan substantif. Kontribusi penelitian ini terletak pada integrasi empat teori besar dalam satu model empiris dan penerapan PLS-SEM untuk mengungkap dinamika keyakinan dalam konteks transformasi universitas di Indonesia.
