Abstract

Dalam era digitalisasi saat ini, bidang kesehatan mengalami tantangan yang signifikan dalam pengelolaan data medis, beberapa masalahnya seperti rendahnya tingkat keamanan data, terbatasnya transparansi dalam pengelolaan data, dan penerapan teknologi keuangan digital yang masih terhambat implementasinya. Teknologi  blockchain memiliki potensi besar dalam meningkatkan keamanan  dan integrasi data, namun tantangan yang dihadapi dalam bidang pengelolaan data kesehatan, masih menjadi masalah utama. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi kontribusi teknologi blockchain dalam pengelolaan data kesehatan serta interaksi dengan sistem keuangan digital, untuk memberikan rekomendasi terhadap pengembangan sistem kesehatan yang lebih efisien dan efekttif. Penelitian ini juga memberikan landasan teoritis untuk pengembangan sistem informasi kesehatan berbasis blockchain di masa mendatang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan tinjauan literatur sistematis untuk mengumpulkan artikel, pendekatan ini mampu memberikan gambaran mengenai tren, temuan utama, serta kesenjangan pada penelitian yang ada. Proses ini merumuskan pertanyaan penelitian yang berfokus bagaimana blockchain digunakan dalam meningkatkan pengelolaan data kesehatan serta bagaimana integrasinya dengan sistem keuangan digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dari 1850 artikel yang dikumpulkan, kemudian dilakukan peninjauan berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi, dengan menyeleksi artikel yang tidak memenuhi kriteria melalui proses peer-review, akhirnya hanya 25 artikel yang dipilih untuk dianalisis secara mendalam. Secara keseluruhan, hasil tinjauan literatur sistematis menunjukkan bahwa teknologi blockchain memiliki potensi besar dalam mentransformasi sistem kesehatan digital. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam membangun dasar ilmiah untuk pengembangan penelitian di bidang kesehatan, tata kelola, dan keuangan digital yang berbasis teknologi blockchain.
