Peran Dukungan Institusional dalam Meningkatkan Kesejahteraan Subjektif Mahasiswa di Pendidikan Tinggi: Kajian Sistematis Berbasis PRISMA

Pendidikan tinggi memiliki peran strategis dalam mengembangkan potensi, keterampilan, dan kesejahteraan mahasiswa secara menyeluruh. Namun, mahasiswa kerap menghadapi tantangan psikologis seperti stres, kecemasan, dan tekanan akademik akibat tuntutan lingkungan baru serta ekspektasi tinggi, yang berdampak pada penurunan kesejahteraan subjektif dan kesehatan mental. Kajian ini mengidentifikasi bentuk dukungan institusional perguruan tinggi dalam meningkatkan subjective well-being mahasiswa, menganalisis dampak dan implikasinya terhadap manajemen pendidikan tinggi. Pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) digunakan dengan panduan metode PRISMA, menelaah artikel dari berbagai jurnal bereputasi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa dukungan institusional pendidikan tinggi mencakup layanan kesehatan mental holistik, pemanfaatan teknologi, pengembangan lingkungan kampus yang mendukung, pendidikan karakter dan emosi positif, integrasi kesejahteraan dalam kurikulum dan pembelajaran, dukungan sosial dan komunitas kampus serta kebijakan akademik yang fleksibel. Dukungan ini berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kesehatan mental, keterlibatan sosial, akses layanan, kapasitas personal serta penurunan hambatan budaya dalam mencari bantuan. Temuan ini penting bagi pengembangan kebijakan kampus yang berorientasi pada kesejahteraan mahasiswa secara berkelanjutan melalui integrasi layanan kesehatan, pengembangan platform digital kesejahteran, desain kampus ramah kesejahteraan, reformasi kurikulum, penguatan komunitas kampus dan dukungan sosial sebaya.
